The registration fee and excursion fees are free for all the invited speakers and poster presenters. Their accommodations from Aug. 9 (check-in) to Aug. 14 (check-out) are also supported. An invited speaker can bring along one poster presenter who is required to register as a poster presenter.
Other regular attendees and accompanying family members are required to pay fees according to the choice of excursions and accomodation schedule. Please pay the total fees at the on-site registration desk by Japanese Yen.
Non-poster-presenting students are required to register as guest student attendees.
