2024年11月22日（金）アクティブラーニングスタジオサウスで福井グローバル推進室副室長を講師として本校教員を対象に、TOEICの概要に関する説明会を実施しました。
　 学生をグローバルに活躍できる技術者として育成するため、学生の国際コミュニケーション能力向上や、海外で積極的に活動するマインド等を育成する取り組みを支援する「グローバルエンジニア育成事業」の指標の1つとして、教員も国際コミュニケーション能力の1つとして英語力を向上させることが期待されています。参加者は熱心に聞き入っていました。

TOEIC Information Session Held for Faculty

On Friday, November 22, 2024, an information session providing an overview of the TOEIC was held for faculty members at Active Learning Studio South. Mr. Fukui, Deputy Director of the Global Promotion Office, served as the lecturer.

This session supports the Global Engineer Development Project, which aims to develop students into engineers capable of thriving in a global environment. The project promotes efforts to enhance students’ international communication skills and cultivate a mindset geared towards international careers. As part of this initiative, faculty members are also encouraged to improve their own English proficiency and international communication skills.
