令和６年４月２５日（木）２６日（金）本校視聴覚室において、令和５年度海外活動支援事業成果報告会及び令和６年度留学説明会を開催しました。今回の報告会では研修に参加した学生、そして留学に興味のある学生たちの集まる中、３月に実施した以下の３つの海外研修についてグループごとにプレゼンテーションしました。

・【台湾】国立聯合大学研修　　　　　　　令和６年３月　4日～３月7日
・【ベトナム】カオタン工業短期大学研修　令和６年３月　4日～３月8日
・【韓国】永進専門大学英語村　語学研修　令和６年３月11日～３月22日

　学生のプレゼンテーションは個性あふれる内容で、それぞれの国の魅力や研修での思い出、また経験したことなどについて語られました。「海外の日本企業で働く高専OBの講話を聞く機会を得て、実際にグローバルに働くビジョンを持つことができた」、「言葉の壁は恐れていたほど高くなかった」、「海外に出ることで改めて日本の良さを感じた」、などの発言があり、集まった学生は興味深そうに耳を傾けていました。

　報告会終了後、グローバル推進室から今年度の日本学生支援機構海外協定派遣の予定、高専生の海外活動支援事業についての説明会も開催しました。2日あわせて90名を超える参加者があり、大変盛況でした。

　なお、各海外活動は、高専機構本部の令和5年度「高専生の海外活動支援事業」の支援金をいただき実施したものです。ここに感謝の意を表します。

“Report Meeting on Overseas Activity Support Program in FY2024 and Information Session on Study Abroad in FY2025”

The Report Meeting on the Overseas Activity Support Program in FY2024 and the Information Session on Study Abroad in FY2025 were held in the AV room of our school on Thursday, April 25th and Friday, April 26th, FY2025.

In this report meeting, students who participated in the training and students who are interested in studying abroad gathered together and gave presentations in groups about the following three overseas training programs that were conducted in March:

• [Taiwan] National United University Training Program, March 4-7, 2024
• [Vietnam] College Industry and Trade Short-term Training Program, March 4-8, 2024
• [Korea] Yeongjin Fachhochschule English Village Language Training Program, March 11-22, 2024

The students’ presentations were full of personality and covered a wide range of topics, including the charms of each country, memories from the training, and what they experienced.

“I had the opportunity to hear a lecture from a former student of the National College of Technology who works for a Japanese company overseas, and I was able to have a vision of actually working globally.”

“The language barrier wasn’t as high as I had feared.”

“Going abroad made me realize the goodness of Japan again.”

The students who gathered listened with great interest.

After the report meeting, the Global Promotion Office also held an information session on the Japan Student Services Organization’s overseas agreement dispatch plans for this year and the Overseas Activity Support Program for National College of Technology students.

A total of over 90 people participated over the two days, and it was a great success.

The overseas activities were carried out with the support of the Overseas Activity Support Program for National College of Technology Students from the Headquarters of the National College of Technology Organization in FY2024.
