本校では2024年7月8日(月)、9日（火）、16日（火）、18日（木）の4日間、アクティブラーニングスタジオサウスにおいて、放課後英会話”Let’s Chat”を実施しました。日本学生支援機構の海外留学支援制度（協定派遣）でシンガポール、ベトナム、台湾に渡航予定の学生7名及び豊橋技術科学大学主催・国立高等専門学校機構後援令和6年度高等専門学校学生海外研修（マレーシア・ペナン）に参加予定の6名の学生に対し、ネイティブスピーカーの教員等を相手に自己紹介や専門研究についての英語プレゼンテーションを実施しました。あわせて海外生活についてのレクチャーも受け、大変有意義な機会となりました。

After-school English Conversation “Let’s Chat”with Speech Practice and Lectures on Life Abroad

Our school held an after-school English conversation “Let’s Chat” at Active Learning Studio South for four days on July 8th (Mon), 9th (Tue), 16th (Tue), and 18th (Thu), 2024. Seven students who plan to travel to Singapore, Vietnam, and Taiwan under the Japan Student Services Organization’s overseas study support system (agreement dispatch), and six students who plan to participate in the 2024 National College of Technology Student Overseas Training (Penang, Malaysia) organized by Toyohashi University of Technology and supported by the National Institute of Technology, gave self-introductions and presentations in English about their specialized research to native speaker teachers.
