令和５年度　高専生の海外活動支援事業　第2回，第3回説明会を実施

　本校では令和６年１月１７日(水)、２３日（火）に令和５年度高専生の海外活動支援事業第２回説明会を、２月５日(月)、６日（火）に第３回説明会及び事前学習発表会を台湾・ベトナムの研修国別にそれぞれ開催しました。
　本研修をより有意義なものにするため、見学企業の説明や両替、ＳＩＭカード等の取扱いに加えて服装などの具体的な注意事項の説明を受けました。また事前学習発表会では、グループごとに設定した課題について各々が発表を行い、本番に向けてモチベーションが大いに向上したようでした。
　引き続き本番に向けて全員がオンライン研修を受講し、フィードバックを行う予定です。協定校の学生とワークショップ等で交流することで英語学習の成果を披露し、国際コミュニケーション能力の向上が大いに期待されます。

FY2023 National Institute of Technology, Anan College’s Students Overseas Activities Support Project: Briefing Sessions and Pre-Training

Our school held two briefing sessions for the FY2023 Technical College Students Overseas Activities Support Project. The second sessions were held on Wednesday, January 17th, 2023 and Tuesday, January 23rd, 2023.

Following the briefing sessions, separate third sessions and pre-learning presentations were conducted for students participating in training programs in Taiwan and Vietnam, on Monday, February 5th, 2023 and Tuesday, February 6th, 2023.

These sessions provided valuable information to prepare students for their overseas experience. They included:

  • Information about the companies they will be visiting
  • Currency exchange procedures
  • SIM card usage and management
  • Specific cultural sensitivities and appropriate attire

Additionally, during the pre-learning presentations, student groups presented on their chosen project tasks. This presentation opportunity helped to boost motivation and enthusiasm for the upcoming training program.

All participants will continue to participate in online training and provide feedback as they prepare for the overseas program.
